What are your working hours?
Our working hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays. On Saturdays, we are open from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and we are closed on Sundays. We look forward to serving you during these times.
Can I schedule an appointment online?
Currently, you can contact us via email or messengers to schedule an appointment. We’re happy to provide a cost estimate and discuss available treatment options. Even if your diagnosis isn’t listed, there’s a good chance we can assist you.
What should I do in case of an emergency?
In case of an emergency, please call 103 for immediate assistance. Please note that we do not handle general emergency cases; however, we do accept emergency patients specifically in the fields of endocrinology and hematology.
What are the visiting hours for patients in the in-patient department?
Visiting hours in the in-patient department are as follows: on weekdays, visits are permitted from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. On weekends, visiting hours are from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you during these times!
Can I view my medical record online?
Our current patients have access to view a number of areas of their medical record online. You can look up your lab results, ultrasound and x-ray results.
Is there an interpreter available for non-English speakers?

Yes, there is an interpreter available for non-English speakers. We strive to ensure effective communication for everyone, and our team is equipped to provide language assistance as needed. Please let us know in advance if you require this service, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What are the payment options?

We accept payments for medical services in cash or by card at the reception. For your convenience, there is a currency exchange office and an ATM on-site.
Consultations, diagnostic procedures, and one-time services require full payment in advance according to our price list. For in-patient treatment, payment is made upon discharge. If necessary, we can issue an invoice in foreign currency for advance payment outside the Republic of Belarus..
